What is Genspark Code?

Genspark Code (formerly AI Developer) is a L4 autonomous AI coding agent that enables everyone to build complete applications without coding skills. Evolving from traditional AI copilots (L3 tools like Cursor or Lovable), it marks the leap to L4 full autonomy, where AI independently plans, codes, tests, and deploys. Projects tab

The Genspark Code home page has a Projects tab in the category row. It shows the projects you've built with Genspark Code so you can pick work back up where you left off.

• Reopen in one click — each project card is a direct link into the project; no intermediate step.
• Pinned projects first — pinned projects stay at the top of the list across pages; each card shows a cover thumbnail and when it was last edited.
• A paginated list — there's no search box or filter; longer lists load in pages with a Load more button.
• Genspark Code projects only — the tab lists code projects (deleted ones excluded). It's not a general history, so it won't show AI Slides, AI Docs, or Super Agent work.

The projects tab isn't the page's default view — the Genspark Code home page still opens with Web selected. Switch to Projects when you want to get back to your work.

When there are no projects yet, the tab shows "No projects yet" with a Start building button. A project that has no name appears as Untitled project; if a list fails to load, you'll see a Retry option.

Note for reviewers (cleanup item, don't fix in this round): the empty state's helper text says "AI Code" — "Projects you build with AI Code will show up here." — while the product and this article use Genspark Code. The quoted string is verbatim from the shipped UI; the string inconsistency itself needs a product-side fix.

Don't confuse this tab with the recent-projects drawer: the Genspark Code page also has a pre-existing recent-projects drawer — a slide-out from the top-left that opens your project list. That drawer is a separate, older feature; it isn't the Projects tab and still works alongside it.
